Good morning, sunshines, sungems, and wild partiers of the night! No matter what kind of night you had, you'll find yourself awakening to an energetic tune blasting out from the island speaker system, one that more than a few of you will recognize -- you won't be able to escape it, but why would you want to?

Music is a great way to start your day, and surely, this is a great omen for Fridays at this resort. There's at least one reason to get up dancing, as the wings of the warp phenomenon have vanished with the morning mist and the sea breeze; Kingfisher's Retreat boasts a beautiful, uninterrupted waterfall that reflects the morning sun once more, and the waves at Sungem's Peak are largely peaceful. Even the customary burst of sound and pressure was a little mollified by the addition of the new soundtrack. You know what that means by now, but hopefully the music will add a pep in your step.

[... okay, there are definitely more comfortable places for an enforced nap than the arcade. Shuda is not going to be in the best mood when he wakes up, but he's going to be taking a look around to see what can be found here.]

[Well, Shuda, you'll immediately notice that there's a bit of a mess outside the arcade this time. There's like, at least one felled palm tree out there. Probably more.]

[ Lacus wakes in the garden, to the sound of her friend's singing.. This should be a sign of a very good day. It is decidedly not.

Only one look around makes her blood freeze in her veins. She will only shoot Zelkov a short look, before running off towards the main resort building. ]

[ Xiao wakes in the spa to a familiar voice. It's...

...Haruka's? Haruka's voice, which is so clear and distinct – but it sounds distant. Far away. There's uncertainty that settles in his chest. He'll check on everyone else later.

Is Haruka still here, in the spa? ]

[Nary a honk nor a feather to be found. Perhaps her imposing aura scared it off? That said, there's probably some debris around here...]

[ At the Toucan Cabana, Ibuki wakes up to music he really isn't up to hearing this early.

So, importantly, is there still honking outside? ]

[If there is honking outside, it's beautifully harmonized to the song coming over the speakers--

There's no geese to be found stepping outside! But there may be other things... Like debris. And stuff.]

[ magolor is just going to wake up and get his morning cuppa at the book cafe and disregard any odds and ends that might be leftover from barrier shenanigans last night, before heading up to the roof to sip at his wake-up coffee and see if he can catch sight of anything weird or not from there.

how are the gazebos, the beach, etc etc. good? we're all good in terms of things in his sightline? ]

[ From what he can see on the roof, the beach looks like.. a hurricane landed there last night honestly. ]

[So Baizhu had emerged from Dove cabana, now minus a good amount of roof. Is there anything of note as he and Changsheng abandon Skywarp and make their way towards the railway?]

[ Xiao is going to leave the spa, and he'll head over to the aviary and see if anything is amiss there. Everything good with the birds, or...? ]

[Once he’s free of the spolycule, Haruka is going to go check out the waterfall. He’s even going to climb up to check that door he and Zelkov found…]

[Okay now that spa group is untangled and properly fed, how is the spa itself looking?]

[ No body announcement means they can't be lazy at the Spa. So, he's going to head over the Onsen to see if there's something amiss. He is keeping a lookout for anything weird on his trip there ]

PSA: WHY

[Honestly, the body announcement is slightly delayed. And once it starts, all there is is a long, long sigh of exasperation -- it goes on for like, several breaths' count at least. Maybe the mask is a breathing exercise.]

Do you people think repairing this resort and keeping it in working shape comes cheap? And I'm not talking about money here.

Looks like Vergilius is out of the running, and took about half the buildings with him. You'll just have to deal with it until we're done here.

Oh, and that little musical stunt? That had nothing to do with us. That's your problem to deal with. Three hours. You know how this goes by now.
