WEEK 3 INVESTIGATION
INVESTIGATION
Good morning, sunshines, sungems, and wild partiers of the night! No matter what kind of night you had, you'll find yourself awakening to an energetic tune blasting out from the island speaker system, one that more than a few of you will recognize -- you won't be able to escape it, but why would you want to?
Music is a great way to start your day, and surely, this is a great omen for Fridays at this resort. There's at least one reason to get up dancing, as the wings of the warp phenomenon have vanished with the morning mist and the sea breeze; Kingfisher's Retreat boasts a beautiful, uninterrupted waterfall that reflects the morning sun once more, and the waves at Sungem's Peak are largely peaceful. Even the customary burst of sound and pressure was a little mollified by the addition of the new soundtrack. You know what that means by now, but hopefully the music will add a pep in your step. Well. There definitely is something going on with the sand that's immediately noticeable. Something which appears to be pockets of missing sand that looks like it's been tossed around due to some kind of activity that results in these pockets being about 10-30 feet wide.
Alongside a haphazard spilling of blood. There's other things around here that are nearby, but suffice to say, Wang Lu has hit the jackpot! ]

Is the spilling of blood like someone had a cup full of it and spilled it on their way to do whatever beach crimes they did? Or like it came from a wound? How big is the spilling of blood? He is taking a pic of this as well.
Time to go check out the other things nearby. Wonder wonder whats in the wonder beachball ]

Anyways. The spilling of blood is about...well, it looks like a haphazard spill of some kind. Almost somewhere between the former and the second due to how unusual it appears (uneven, haphazard, and the complete opposite of uniform.)
It's about somewhere towards a moderate to small level of spilling, but nothing too large.
The other noteworthy assortment of 'things', are these...strange impressions in the sand. As if clearly there was a lot of activity due to feeties moving through this patch of sand. It's difficult to judge any defined footsies or anything like that, given it will be immediately noticeable that these marks from someone's feet are overlapped with another's. ]

Can't believe the mods want a feet check. He's going to compare the impression with his own in the sand to see how they look in comparison. Does it look like a smaller, about the same, or larger impression? Then he'll walk into his own indent to see how that looks. Might not be accurate, but it doesn't hurt to try.
Where do these impressions lead anyways ]

Unlike the other case, this foot check will be inconclusive. It may be due to all the overlapping footies making it too difficult to judge for an adequate size comparison. Alas, but he did try!
The impressions' trail is a little difficult to discern, probably also due to the destruction and madness, but there is a general idea of "someone came through here with someone else and there was a lot of hurried movement by more than one person".
But the small path of destruction with the pockets of missing sand do seem to paint a picture of a lead of movement towards Seagull's Playground, via the bridge nearby. ]
