INVESTIGATION

Good morning, sunshines, sungems, and wild partiers of the night! No matter what kind of night you had, you'll find yourself awakening to an energetic tune blasting out from the island speaker system, one that more than a few of you will recognize -- you won't be able to escape it, but why would you want to?

Music is a great way to start your day, and surely, this is a great omen for Fridays at this resort. There's at least one reason to get up dancing, as the wings of the warp phenomenon have vanished with the morning mist and the sea breeze; Kingfisher's Retreat boasts a beautiful, uninterrupted waterfall that reflects the morning sun once more, and the waves at Sungem's Peak are largely peaceful. Even the customary burst of sound and pressure was a little mollified by the addition of the new soundtrack. You know what that means by now, but hopefully the music will add a pep in your step.

[Given the sheer destruction wreaked on the asphalt, the haphazard ways in which everything including the trees and the sand and other geographical features were flung about -- perhaps it's not surprising to find this here.

What was once a whimsical metal frame meant for play and leisure, painted in bright colors, is now twisted and smashed beyond recognition like someone took the soda can approach to recycling an entire vehicle. It's barely even recognizable as a kart anymore, never mind being functional. Parts of it look almost like they were ripped off...

There's nothing left to fight here, but we can confirm that the go-kart is dead.]
