What started with a week promising relaxation turned into something else entirely. It might be nice to try to grab a quiet moment after the whirlwind of the weekend, but there's something to be said about keeping up the momentum too.The island open to you this week, Dodo's Outlook, seems to have that in mind, or at the very least, keeping your mind occupied. All damage to the island buildings has been fixed by Monday morning at least, but noticeably there are less palm trees than before where the damage was the heaviest. Explorers too will find that the area behind the waterfall has been completely sealed off with solid rock.

Whether you're the type to commune with the nature of marine life in the aquarium, the cosmos in the planetarium, or to spin your own tale in the theater, there's plenty to do and enjoy. As always there's task to complete too, and after all you've been through by now, what's a little more bonding in the pursuit of prizes?

[ Hi here’s Wei Wuxian, and he’s……… completely and totally fine.

He spends a decent amount of time looking at the instruments, particularly comparing his own flute to the one provided by the island so he can confirm whether or not his is better.

But he can also be found piling food up on his plate and eyeing the drinks. He wants alcohol but he feels like he won’t be allowed after everything that went down yesterday… ]

[Hello fellow plate piler. Beelzebub is, as usual, hoovering up multiple servings at once onto his plate despite having just been spotted eating less than five minutes prior, though he does give pause when he sees Wei Wuxian.]

[ managolor is dressed up for (at least to the extent that the boutique here actually allows...) and busy around the event, flitting around from venue to venue to make sure things are going all right for everyone!

in moments of downtime though he can be found in a quieter corner of the planetarium, a violin liberated from the instrumental setup he was definitely not responsible for stealing in his hands. he seems to be testing it out, working his way through a few snippets of an approximation of this ditty.

[Skywarp heard revelry, so here he is! Not eating or drinking - he doesn’t need that - but hanging about in general. He spends some time assessing the starry sky, before turning his attention to the instruments. For the worse, of course, as he spends a decent chunk of time testing out the sounds they make in the most - some might say - annoying manner.]

[ Pointing to the lorg robot and then shaking his finger. He has something much better instrument for Skywarp! He's going to squeeze the air out of it and then let it sing the song of it's people to demonstrate. ]

[There is actually an additional musical instrument not stolen from the ballroom, too! It's an electric keyboard. Kanon lugs it over and then does not even bother setting it up so if someone wants to play they'll have to do that part. Ganba.]

[Anyway! Once the electric keyboard is no longer in her possession, she'll go ahead and get to mixing drinks by request. Come get yours, as long as you don't mind dealing with her rotten personality to do so.]

[Wow! Haruka’s here, against all odds. The idol seems to be avoiding the instruments and will shy away from any requests for a performance, but he’s not being a total wallflower.

[She lifts her gaze from the reading to make eye contact, looking for confirmation.] It said a lot of natter about catching up with acquaintances as well, at the top. On social media...? But this is far social enough for me. What about yours? Any squaring off in your fortune?

She is being a good hostess and mingling when she isn't contributing to the proliferation of Xiao shirts across the building or redirecting alcohol from WWX.]

[Once Temenos has some food and a refresher, he can be found seated somewhere in the vicinity, pouring some wine into the refresher and stirring it up. A little booze, as a treat.]

[Once he's had his fill of food and conversation, he goes to check out the instruments. He's really only good with the piano, so it's a bit tricky...but the electric keyboard looks promising. He'll see if he can get accustomed to that.

[ zelkov is, as promised, manning the non-alcoholic side of the bar for much of the party and serving dd refreshers, tea, and whatever else anyone might feel like if they're playing it safe and not getting intoxicated on murder night.

at some point toward the end, though, he'll steal away with an acoustic guitar from the instrument pile to the second level of the planetarium to play a simple, calming song under the stars. he's not amazing at it, but perfectly passable... and he seems to improve pretty quickly even in the brief time he spends playing tonight. ]

[Healthy food schmealthy food, it's still food to Beel, and he's still piling up the portions high every time he circles back to the refreshments either for food or beverage. RIP Zelkov who is probably being kept busy.

Outside of that, the demon seems to be taking a space to just quietly observe the music from a distance. Art doesn't seem to be his thing... but the decorations and stars sure do, given how his eyes seem to be traveling to that far more than anything or anyone else. There's something pensive in how he watches it all.]
