Throughout your time on the island, there's been a steady rhythm; the murders, the trials, the executions, the clean-up afterwards that leave just up remnants for you to remember what was lost. This Monday morning though, things are different. The debris and any biohazards are cleared, but no effort has been made to repair the games at the arcade, or to restock the chemicals and damaged equipment at the laboratory.

Odd.

If you cast your eyes to the sky, you'll also notice that the distortion is also lingering—there's certainly less of it at least, a haze still lingering over the go-karts, one whirlpool lingering out in the sea. It could be worse, surely.

Though there's no new locations for you to take your mind off of all these oddities either. In fact, looking at your device to access the resort map area and scrolling past Kakapo's Nest triggers an error.

There’s one more, slightly more eclectic change: the kittybots, instead of having cute kitty ears and faces, are now without exception round-headed. This would make them look like ordinary robots, but their heads actually now look like a bowl of fish swimming, which occasionally form up into expressions. A change of pace for everything, it seems.

Usually my ability varies by the amount of power the other person has. A person with weak abilities will be sealed for less time than someone more powerful.

I thought it was Kanon being weak, but when I sealed her abilities, I did gauge that it would only be sealed for fifteen minutes.

I've been unable to summon an entire army of corpses as well, which would normally be relatively easy for me to do.

I know I am. I'm limited in how many spheres I can make and how large I can make them, and they don't immobilize their targets the way they usually do.

That’s right, all of my powers have been capped. So it’s obviously to bring those with stronger powers down to a level playing field.

Which also means they may have my healing capabilities. [ At least it wasn't the full thing ]

... in other words, we might want to try to limit our power use as much as possible for the time being, just in case there are people whose abilities they still haven't been able to sample.

With the LELANTOS thing Zelkov and Haruka were talking about, they had to use a blood sample for that. It can't just be as easy as just... observing, can it?

We'd notice if they were drawing blood during the night, wouldn't we? Bruises? Aches? Weird light-headedness?

Not that it isn't a good idea to keep what we can on the down low still, though. If they don't know everything we're capable of already, it can still be a surprise.
