[ magolor is recovering but on guard, since he needed to take a moment to dispel his sword after its attack struck true. just because he needed a breather doesn't mean he wasn't paying attention,

so he manages to dodge back out of the way of the spikes that come his way, but the sound of someone crashing to the ground nearby in all the chaos can't mean anything good, so in another hasty warp he's appearing at joshua's side to pull him through yet another portal, away from any potential follow up attacks (that never come, apparently).

[ it happens way too fast that he barely registers hitting the ground before magolor swoops in to pull him through a portal, so the next thing that joshua knows, he's out of the danger zone and sitting up, leaning against magolor for support. ]

[ That's about the only thing he can say because everything hurts, and he's got his arm hanging uselessly at his side from being impaled and this is what happens when you've been invincible for so long and then have been nerfed back down to human vulnerability. ]

anyway it took them way too many weeks before they smooched but the smooch does its job! my dice rolls probably means that it's probably not enough for a complete full heal but once the kiss is over and they break apart, his shoulder is still tender but at least he can move, and he's no longer bleeding or bruised. ]
