Ten people is what I can allocate for, and it's what I'm offering. The dimension has been destabilizing since before Shigaraki and I arrived -- my personal theory is that the more supernatural energies evolved in this world, the worse the destabilization became. That this world hasn't ended before now means that at some point, there must have been a balance between the supernatural energies and the phenomenon's appetite.
