Throughout your time on the island, there's been a steady rhythm; the murders, the trials, the executions, the clean-up afterwards that leave just up remnants for you to remember what was lost. This Monday morning though, things are different. The debris and any biohazards are cleared, but no effort has been made to repair the games at the arcade, or to restock the chemicals and damaged equipment at the laboratory.

Odd.

If you cast your eyes to the sky, you'll also notice that the distortion is also lingering—there's certainly less of it at least, a haze still lingering over the go-karts, one whirlpool lingering out in the sea. It could be worse, surely.

Though there's no new locations for you to take your mind off of all these oddities either. In fact, looking at your device to access the resort map area and scrolling past Kakapo's Nest triggers an error.

There’s one more, slightly more eclectic change: the kittybots, instead of having cute kitty ears and faces, are now without exception round-headed. This would make them look like ordinary robots, but their heads actually now look like a bowl of fish swimming, which occasionally form up into expressions. A change of pace for everything, it seems.

Long as Merlin stays under the radar, don't think either Overhaul or Shigaraki can do shit about it until it's too late for 'em to.

I ain't privy to magic that brings folks back. How much do you lot think a bond can be "mutual agreement" even if we aren't all chums?

I'm not sure Merlin cares much about flying under the radar at all. When he first contacted me he told me I was free to tell everyone about it.

And then he hasn't exactly been subtle on the network. Maybe being 'dead' means they're already beyond the admins' reach.

That would be nice. But I would not want to take chances with it... Tomura didn't seem to know anything specific about it. He was rather frustrated.

Oh, yeah, that's why you didn't see me blabbing about it much after that one meeting where people asked about it. Still, it does stand that they haven't really made themselves all that much of a secret?

I imagine that it would depend on the "quality" of the bond. Being in mutual agreement that we won't stab each other in the back and trusting each other to uphold it is probably better than holdin' hands while still doubting each other.

In my world, personally, magic is powered by strong emotions. Hatred, love, despair, whatever. I've never seen it bring someone back from the dead, but if it can get me to hop between time and space, then I don't see why it wouldn't be possible, if someone really wanted to.
