Throughout your time on the island, there's been a steady rhythm; the murders, the trials, the executions, the clean-up afterwards that leave just up remnants for you to remember what was lost. This Monday morning though, things are different. The debris and any biohazards are cleared, but no effort has been made to repair the games at the arcade, or to restock the chemicals and damaged equipment at the laboratory.

Odd.

If you cast your eyes to the sky, you'll also notice that the distortion is also lingering—there's certainly less of it at least, a haze still lingering over the go-karts, one whirlpool lingering out in the sea. It could be worse, surely.

Though there's no new locations for you to take your mind off of all these oddities either. In fact, looking at your device to access the resort map area and scrolling past Kakapo's Nest triggers an error.

There’s one more, slightly more eclectic change: the kittybots, instead of having cute kitty ears and faces, are now without exception round-headed. This would make them look like ordinary robots, but their heads actually now look like a bowl of fish swimming, which occasionally form up into expressions. A change of pace for everything, it seems.

Been doin' odd jobs for the birds for about a month now. Was my ticket for bringing some pricks back home down to a more easily shootable level.

What other occurrences do we have you to thank for?

Started off simple. All they wanted at first was blood samples from whoever kicked it that week. Got a bit leery meself when that fucking monster showed up, but that ain't got nothin' to do with me. Those two got a lot of fuckin' pet projects to try and take out Supes from their world.

On that, I actually believe you. The abilities it demonstrated didn't match any of the powers on the profiles here.

[Temenos doesn't understand it himself. There are people in Solistia who fear those who have come to learn the ways of magic, but he hasn't heard of anything quite on this level.]

Got lucky, yeah. If they were so confident about their little battle royale, figured they'd have the means to kill even the worst of Supes.

After the shite with Lobelia Overhaul and Shigaraki told me they were cobblin' together a serum to cancel out powers, and I could bring it home if I got it tested.

[He wipes some of the blood off of his chin before speaking again.]

See, things are different where guys like me and those two are from. There, folks with powers use the fact that they're called 'superheroes' to get themselves worshipped like gods. But the shite they get up to behind closed doors? You'd be clutching your prayer beads if you still wore 'em.

I see where you're going with this, though. I assume no one really looks into their private affairs due to their godlike status. Aside from yourself, apparently, and your intent is to have them answer for their sins.

Someone's gotta take the bastards off their high horses. I ain't the only bloke back home who does this, just one of a handful of folks who want more justice than the corpos wanna give us, and a bit of payback.

Net boon for the world I'm from if I get the most dangerous sadistic bastard in the Supe game without his powers long enough to smash his brains out.

If it's for a bit of revenge, I can hardly fault you. Sometimes, terrible people reach places of power that make them nigh-untouchable. Someone has to drag their truth into the light, so it may as well be you.

But now that you've been caught in the middle of one of your little odd jobs, I hope you'll have the sense to resign. You may have your ticket out of here punched already, but we could still use your insight and no-nonsense demeanor as we work our way through these mysteries.

[One good thing about being established as a traitor is that knowing he has so little to lose in terms of the group's good graces will make his bad cop tactics have more legitimacy to them.]
