Execution

The haze still lingers over the islands, snaking through with a low thrum. Today it's time to fix that, to enact some semblance of justice for Kallamar. As for Skywarp's killer, for now they'll continue to walk free.

The setup is much the same as it was two weeks ago with Overhaul and Shigaraki present, willing participants guided by the kittybots to the sandbar. There's popcorn offered again, though this time there's also the addition of popcorn shrimp, perhaps to keep in trend with the offerings from trial.

Settle in to watch the show, the two figures standing in the middle in clear view.

(( OOC: Executions are voluntary except for the executed and executioner. The path back to the island will also remain for the entirety of the execution, so characters may leave whenever they wish as well.))

That’s enough.

[Overhaul hasn’t moved from his spot, just casually crouched to get his hands on the ground. A couple of things happen in quick succession:

1. A giant, shimmering dome of glass rises out of the sand and encases the two participants in the execution; they go noticeably a little lower, but they were in an arena bowl anyway.
2. Every single person trying to participate in the execution will find themselves wrapped fully in sand. Trying to struggle out of it will be like fighting quicksand.]

[Someone has absolutely not learned his lesson at all and is immediately going to try to use his Dark Bring on that sand enveloping him. IN HIS DEFENSE, this is very much not one of his more rational moments for obvious reasons.

Sorry about more explosions, everyone else... not that they're going to get him out of that, but he's going to keep trying anyway.]
