WEEK 4; TRIAL
TRIAL
You all know the drill by now even if things are a little different today, with the two deceased and the shuffling of the announcements. Things are much the same at the sandbar though, kittybots setting out seafood as the theme for this week, along with every flavor of mountain dew under the sun, including the energy drink kind. (food mod note: this is actually on brand MTN dew for once!).
Off to the side in a booth of their own are the bodies as well as attendant kittybots; simply request which body you'd like to look at and the kitty bots will direct you appropriately, as if it's difficult to tell the difference between a squid and a giant robot. Maybe they're just there trying to be helpful, they're doing their best. .
(( OOC: Welcome to your third trial! You'll have 7 hours (8PM EST/5PM PST) to vote one (1) person guilty of murder. Since this is scapegoat style, finding the correct killer is not mandatory!
Please remember to vote before then unless you've spoken to a mod, as votes are our stand-in for AC. ))

TRAILGATE (DODO, KINGFISHER, SEAGULL AND ISLAND RAIL) + some go-kart side notes
I say weird because from the look of the tire tracks, this go-kart could only go straight forward, or something like that! Every time it had to make a turn, it was a hard, jagged swerve before going straight again— there wasn't a normal turning radius or curve or anything, it just like. Zigzagged its way around all night?
The tire tracks going from the go-kart area on Seagull to the railway leaving Kingfisher are clean. Starting at Kingfisher, though, you can see drag marks along the trail. There was also some blood? Oil? Dunno what Skywarp would call it, but there's drops of that stuff he was leaking that time he lost his foot along the path of the drag marks. Oh, and robot bits and pieces! Bolts and screws and other stuff. I brought some of them with me, but they're pretty beat up.
Anyway, I did try to trace the drag marks back— it looks like the go-kart was only ever at the railway area there, but something large was dragged from the crystal pool at the bottom of the waterfall to the railway. That was, uh, probably Skywarp himself, because there's bloil and bolts along that trail as well.
Lastly, as I said to Wang Lu, while a go-kart might've been used this week too, I don't know that anyone was really driving it in the normal way! From what I remember of the pictures Xiao showed me, when Sonya rigged up that kart of his in whatever happened to Chai, the engine definitely showed signs of being pushed too hard! Thing is, when I looped all the way around to check on the go-kart outside the theater after ... Honestly, it pretty much looked perfectly fine? Just a little bled on. Skywarp was a pretty big dude, so I thought after all the action this kart saw last night it might reflect a little in engine wear and tear since these things aren't the biggest, but there was nothing like that here! And again, weird zigzag path.
Anyway, I did take pictures of all this in case anyone wanted a look.

Hey, do you think Skywarp could've carried one of them when he was still uninjured?
