The events of the past weekend, the past week, may linger on your mind as you awaken to the sun rising on your third week on Sungem's Peak. The rays of the sun are welcoming as always, and so are the amenities, and the new island— Kingfisher's Retreat.

The theme this week certainly seems to be relaxation and excitement, perhaps with a mind to distract all vacationers that your number has decreased by two. Or maybe you're the type to take a plunge in the name of your sacrificed vacationers? Either way, there's plenty of do, including more tasks for the objective minded.

Dear:
How are you enjoying your vacation? Are you missing your friends or family back home? Write them a postcard and post it on the bulletin board!

Everyone loves gifts, so this week give one to someone else! It can be a physical gift, a gift from the heart, or any other kind of gift.

Take a Plunge
Take advantage of the waterfall, cold plunge, or even plain trust with one another. The point is to take a leap of faith together!

[ Wait! A thought. ] Actually! I didn't have anything I wanted to trade, but maybe one of you recognizes some of the things I've been receiving? I don't know if any of them might be dangerous. Not that we can do much about it if it is, but...

Oh? We have had people asking if we have seen certain objects of theirs. What did you?

[ And she pelts off to do that! She will return with: a flare gun, a box of 5 shotgun shells, and one slippery nut (no effects). ]

Do either of you know what they are? I can't imagine anyone is missing just one nut, though.

[ It could be a sentimental nut. She doesn't know! ]

[ Why does she have something called a slippery nut? Why is she asking if anyone is missing a nut?

Covering his mouth for a moment. ]

You can see if one of the others might want the nut for a joke. [ You know, like WWX might ]

The first is a flare gun. I received one like it as well and it might be useful for you to hold on to. The other ones are shotgun shells. Might be best not to give those to anyone, but they feel like something that old guy... [ Hmm ] Billy? He might be into it.

I don't think the gun's unique. And if it's like the harpoon, it might not belong to anyone if a bunch of us are getting it.

But yeah, I know some people are missing things of theirs ... even before this I know some folks were on the lookout for certain things. Maybe we should expand this? Get some more room for everyone to say what they might be looking for?

[ She glances between both of them, narrowing her eyes just briefly at Wang Lu's expression. She's missing something... it's fine. ]

Ho-oh... Overhaul did tell me that some things just appear like that. If no one's missing it, then I'll keep it. You just pull this part here?

[ She won't actually fire it, but she's giving it her best guess from crossbow parallels. ]

I think that would be useful! Are you going to trade other people their things back, too?

I do remember him saying that. Though I guess now we know they can come in parts, too, because those bullets sure are... something. I don't think anyone came here with the right kind of equipment to use them with, unless it's called something else on our profiles.

[ though that doesn't necessarily mean that no one's gotten a gun with no ammo in the last few weeks. ]

And... maybe, if enough people need it? [ beat. ] Probably going to need more than one table in that case!

[ He'll explain later. ]

Aim for the sky and pull the trigger if you need help. [ A beat ] If it happens to be on a certain night and everyone is asleep, aim for whomever else is awake. Aim for their leg or arm. It might break bones or give them a really bad burn.

[ Might keep her safe until the morning though ]

Hm... Well, I'll keep an eye on the bullets until we know if someone else got the other equipment they'd need. Maybe I'll ask Billy.

[ She doesn't really get it, but maybe she's in favor of Billy having a gun. She gives Wang Lu's explanation a little nod too. ]

I don't think my aim is that good. But, I'll remember that. Thank you both for the advice!

He's also going to feel embarrassed for a second. He may have shown a bit too much worry there with the explanation. ]

[ Her suspicion that Wang Lu is a marshmallow is only growing, but just this once, she won't tease him. Much. ]

Is it? Then I'll come bother you again if I'm sent anything else strange. You know a lot about these.

"Previous life"? [ Is this him being eccentric again... she'll remember this. ] I'm still not taking the blame for the jam!
