The events of the past weekend, the past week, may linger on your mind as you awaken to the sun rising on your third week on Sungem's Peak. The rays of the sun are welcoming as always, and so are the amenities, and the new island— Kingfisher's Retreat.

The theme this week certainly seems to be relaxation and excitement, perhaps with a mind to distract all vacationers that your number has decreased by two. Or maybe you're the type to take a plunge in the name of your sacrificed vacationers? Either way, there's plenty of do, including more tasks for the objective minded.

How are you enjoying your vacation? Are you missing your friends or family back home? Write them a postcard and post it on the bulletin board!

Everyone loves gifts, so this week give one to someone else! It can be a physical gift, a gift from the heart, or any other kind of gift.

Take a Plunge
Take advantage of the waterfall, cold plunge, or even plain trust with one another. The point is to take a leap of faith together!

Well, I hope to do portraits of others, but the one I make for you will indeed be just for you.

[ He grins, flipping to a new page in his notepad. ]

Should Kanon pose?

[ He nods, tapping his pen against the notepad. ]

Yes, you should! Feel free to choose whatever pose you like, I'll have no trouble drawing it.

Then how about this? ♥

[Taking up a pose where she's leaned forward at the hips, really emphasizing her chest. Who could have seen this coming.]

That works.

[ Yeah, he should have expected that. It's hard to be modest when he needs to look at her to sketch her... ah well. He at least tries to be assessing in the way he looks at her—Wei Wuxian isn't going to fuck up this sketch just because Kanon is nice to look at.

His pen lines are careful and deliberate as he starts to draw out her overall figure. ]

[Finally, Kanon's getting the kind of attention she deserves!

It adds a bit of radiance to her smile, surely.]

[ Radiance that’s reflected in his art! Sort of. Her smile is a little bit brighter than he anticipated, so he makes sure to get that preserved in a sketch.

It doesn’t take him too terribly long to finish, and soon enough, he’s turning the notebook around to show her.

His skills are pretty good, and it’s a nice reflection of her. ]
