The events of the past weekend, the past week, may linger on your mind as you awaken to the sun rising on your third week on Sungem's Peak. The rays of the sun are welcoming as always, and so are the amenities, and the new island— Kingfisher's Retreat.

The theme this week certainly seems to be relaxation and excitement, perhaps with a mind to distract all vacationers that your number has decreased by two. Or maybe you're the type to take a plunge in the name of your sacrificed vacationers? Either way, there's plenty of do, including more tasks for the objective minded.

How are you enjoying your vacation? Are you missing your friends or family back home? Write them a postcard and post it on the bulletin board!

I do not know the precise science behind it, so I am afraid I have little more to tell you. Perhaps this is simply a difference between our worlds.

Not that I'm complaining. No one ever said I was the best cook.

[ Wei Wuxian is already appropriately dressed, albeit in swim trunks and a t-shirt. He has half a mind to peel his own shirt off when he sees Zelkov, but decides not to.

He does, however, give Zelkov a quick once-over. ]

Nice outfit.

[ And he's wiggling his fingers before he takes that hand, gently tugging on it to bring them closer to that cold pool. ]

[ But he'll give Wang Lu that point, because he's not wrong about the way it sounded.

Wei Wuxian decides to forego his shirt completely, wringing it out in his hands above the water. He's better built than the layers he normally wears would ever suggest, but what's more notable (or maybe not) is the sun-shaped brand on the left side of his chest. ]

It's probably best to forego our modesty entirely and skip the shirts.

I'm glad it's here. I haven't had this much good food available around the clock for as long as I can remember.

So long as you're not a horrible cook, I'd love to try something sometime. I'm always looking for new food.

[ Not even the most ominous knight she's met! She's just adapting. She gives the compliment a quick smile. ]

[A "wish you were here" postcard is pinned up sometime on Tuesday. It isn't signed, but it's crafted in neat, formal script. In lieu of an actual signature, there's a small flourish drawn on the bottom.]

I had hoped our paths would cross again. Regrettably, I may have found the one destination where you cannot chase me.

If anyone could track me down, though, it would be you. When I see you again, I think it will be for the last time.

The nights on the beach are beautiful. Don't forget me in the meantime, won't you?

It's quite alright! There's no need to pity me, I assure you. I've been living without famille of any sort for... well, I suppose it's been over a decade now. Time certainly flies!
