See you next time

SEE YOU

Welcome to...

Well, this ain't the islands anymore. You might see pieces of the island, a go-kart floating in the distance, the waterfall flowing upside down, a giant lollipop, all floating in what's similar to a nebula in space. Actually, it's closer to the void you've all grown to know so well over the weeks.

Fret not because the air here is breathable even if the landscape defies physics. Scattered throughout the "land" are shadowy portals, each leading to all of your homeworlds, at the exact time you had left off. Manipulating space-time is convenient like that.

Your u-pinions somehow, have survived, and they'll continue to function as an intranet between all of you. Oh, and everyone will gain the power to return to this space whenever they'd like and utilize the portals as they wish.

Your vacation is finally over, but this doesn't have to be goodbye.
(( OOC: Happy Good End Everyone! You all earned this. We hope you had a great time, and from the three of us, thanks for joining us on this wild ride! ))

Man, the concept of 'heroes' really just won't be the same after all this... But yeah, the heroes in his world kind of sound like they suck, hee hee. And from the sounds of things, Shigaraki's too?

[ that's probably what happens when you make 'hero' into something like a widespread job that people purposely try to get into, rather than just the title given to whoever the stories will paint as such... ]

Yeah, it sounds like there's a lot of similarities there. Rather unfortunate for both their societies. [ Because something's definitely gonna chance once they head back. ] At least it's easier to deal with where I come from. The numbers are too small for that.

[ Another reason to go ahead with her plan sooner than later. ]

Anyway, the concept of heroes was always mutable based on what society claims to value. It was always going to keep changing. Not sure if that's comforting or not though.

[ Not that she cares about what makes a hero, but hey. ]

Regardless of what people value, heroes are supposed to be outstanding figures, though. Exemplary, even!

When you have a society full of them, that just defeats the point. So hmmm. I don't know that I'd try to do it the same way, but I do agree it sounds like they need a change.

[ so he will simply Look Away. not his business. ]

Outstanding figures, huh... I guess that would be their ideal.

[ Maybe she would've agreed with the sentiment in her youth, back when it was straightforward to think of heroes as those who lend others a helping hand. But it was never that simple then or now. ]

And yeah, everyone's answer is different—we all have different priorities in the end. I do wish him well though. Society isn't one to change without major shakeups.

[ In the end though, they have to choose for themselves what's worth it. ]
