Well, this ain't the islands anymore. You might see pieces of the island, a go-kart floating in the distance, the waterfall flowing upside down, a giant lollipop, all floating in what's similar to a nebula in space. Actually, it's closer to the void you've all grown to know so well over the weeks.

Fret not because the air here is breathable even if the landscape defies physics. Scattered throughout the "land" are shadowy portals, each leading to all of your homeworlds, at the exact time you had left off. Manipulating space-time is convenient like that.

Your u-pinions somehow, have survived, and they'll continue to function as an intranet between all of you. Oh, and everyone will gain the power to return to this space whenever they'd like and utilize the portals as they wish.

Your vacation is finally over, but this doesn't have to be goodbye.

[ Alice (and Athos! who seems to be back to the vague look of yesteryear as she brandishes her new riding crop), outside of searching to beat the hell out of Merlin, mostly sticks to the sides and people-watches for a short time. But it doesn't last long; before long she moves to the lone portal she recognizes with a blue-ish green backdrop, with some creepy skeletons in the background.

There's some unfinished business she has to attend to. ]

[ Honestly, she's got half a mind to just let it go and move on, but after a quick round of eye contact, she realizes that at this point she can take anything she can get.

So, she'll come up with Athos, tapping her fixed crop in her hand. ]

Well, that went well, didn't it?

[ No It Did Not. ]

[gluttoning]

[He just exhales slowly, but doesn't bother to walk away.]

Better than it could have.

I'm guessing you still want something from me?

Hm? Not really. It all got resolved, in the end, so technically you're not on the hook for anything at this point.

[ head tilt with a growing smile. ]

Unless you still want to give me your body? I'm sure I could find some use for it. ♡

[ Well, Moravia wants to greet all the Toucans before they all have to go. So when she spots Alice, she waves, happy to see her. ]

Leaving so soon, Alice?

[ She also waves at Athos, because yeah, uh, sorry about the choice to just leave him there. ]

[ Athos makes a small growling noise in recognition, before coming up and pressing his nose into her hand. ]

I think I've probably overstayed my welcome here. Besides, I have some things I need to attend to.

[ She taps her crop into her hand, humming a bit. ]

But you seem like you've done pretty well for yourself. Not that I'm surprised.

I guess a lot of us have. But that's why vacations are temporary.

[ She lets Athos do so, and if he doesn't mind, the good boy's getting some scritches. ]

Hmm, is that so? Can't disagree. I've made up my mind about a lot of things: about my world and Yuuki.

[ In a way, this has all been a turning point for her that she could've never dreamed of. ]

Really? What're you going to do?

[ Scritching away even as she continues talking! ]

Raze the colony and everything that made that research facility a reality.

[ Yeah, she's just gonna be like this. ]

It's only fitting, right? The only thing that destruction deserves is more destruction. ♡

What about her, though?

[ She smiles widely, laughing as well. ]

I've been thinking I was forcing a lot on her shoulders for my peace of mind. In the end, I should've been making my own choices instead of waiting for her to answer. So I'm going to tell her that when I get back.

[ Hopefully that helps assuage Yuuki's unease towards her. (Spoilers: there's other issues.) ]
