Well, this ain't the islands anymore. You might see pieces of the island, a go-kart floating in the distance, the waterfall flowing upside down, a giant lollipop, all floating in what's similar to a nebula in space. Actually, it's closer to the void you've all grown to know so well over the weeks.

Fret not because the air here is breathable even if the landscape defies physics. Scattered throughout the "land" are shadowy portals, each leading to all of your homeworlds, at the exact time you had left off. Manipulating space-time is convenient like that.

Your u-pinions somehow, have survived, and they'll continue to function as an intranet between all of you. Oh, and everyone will gain the power to return to this space whenever they'd like and utilize the portals as they wish.

Your vacation is finally over, but this doesn't have to be goodbye.

Ah well, I guess after this six week vacation it's time to go back to reality.

If we're really being honest, this power of friendship stuff is pretty cheesy.

Still, I can't argue that there aren't benefits to it!

It is, isn’t it? But this was kind of stereotypical as far as boss fights go. So I’m not surprised that it would work.

But I’m glad things worked out. At least everyone is back.

I think our time limit was the bigger threat in the end, with the way he could heal himself ... You know, I'm kind of wondering why he didn't just run, after we made him back off that first time.

ah, he should have really just thrown a black hole at him. that probably would have messed up the dead's body parts more but it's fine, surely. if alice could be revived from a single arm it'll be fine. ]

[ he's seen that sort of thing before. drunk on their power and egoism, no amount of calculations would stop the villain from pursuing the fight to its bitter end, even when there's a dozen better options to take.

...though that thought does make crea pause momentarily, realizing that it might be applicable to the situation back home.

Maybe things were supposed to be this stereotypical. The good guys beat the crazy bad guy, save the day, and live happily ever after.

Are we the good guys? I mean like. Is that really what you want to call us?

[ seems like it's trying a little hard to slap them into the most stereotypical labels, when people really aren't. ]

I guess in this story we would be? Good doesn’t mean honorable, in my opinion.
