Well, this ain't the islands anymore. You might see pieces of the island, a go-kart floating in the distance, the waterfall flowing upside down, a giant lollipop, all floating in what's similar to a nebula in space. Actually, it's closer to the void you've all grown to know so well over the weeks.

Fret not because the air here is breathable even if the landscape defies physics. Scattered throughout the "land" are shadowy portals, each leading to all of your homeworlds, at the exact time you had left off. Manipulating space-time is convenient like that.

Your u-pinions somehow, have survived, and they'll continue to function as an intranet between all of you. Oh, and everyone will gain the power to return to this space whenever they'd like and utilize the portals as they wish.

Your vacation is finally over, but this doesn't have to be goodbye.

[ She gives an embarrassed laugh and closes her eyes, but her hold on his robes tightens a little. ]

I'm not sure if I should scold you for not being careful or not... but you impressed me, too.

[ He raises his eyebrows, a playful grin settling on his face. ]

Have you been spending too much time with Merlin already?

[ Well... she hadn't begrudged Merlin his praise, either. She can't help but laugh. ]

...I was able to stay so calm because you did. To be honest, I really... just wanted to fight. No matter what happened. But you helped ground me.

I’m glad I could. Revenge is sweet, but… we had to compromise to get what we really wanted.

[ He smiles a little. ]

You would have offered to stay behind, right? I couldn’t have that.

[ Revenge... there was definitely a little of that. Psyche makes a thoughtful noise, her gaze turning towards Shigaraki for a moment.

Well, she made her decision once before. She wouldn't sacrifice the hundred lives in the present for the thousand in the future. Maybe that's why she'll never be a good leader.

But the question pulls her attention back to him. Her brow furrows; he really does know her too well. She hopes he didn't read more deeply than that from her resolve today. ]

You'll have a hard time convincing me either you or Wang Lu wouldn't have done the same, if that's what it came to.

[ He laughs softly. Much like he knows her too well… she also knows him much too well. ]

Ah… Psyche… you’re right. [ He shrugs. ] I suppose that’s why the three of us work so well together.

Because we're all a little dishonest? Or because we know each other enough to see through it?

[ Or both? Her tone is gently teasing. Considering what they've all accomplished together, she thinks they should be proud. ]

If you want my honest answer… it’s definitely both.

[ He grins. ]

I hope you enjoy yourself with us, Psyche. Adjusting may take time, but you can rely on us.

[ It’ll take time for Wei Wuxian too, but he has a head start when it comes to cultivating and Sects. ]

[ That just makes her laugh. At least they all know it. ]

I'd already found the resolve to not go home when I made my choice in the first place.
