WEEK 5 INVESTIGATION
INVESTIGATION
Good Mourning. Unlike the previous weeks, there's no musical serenade to greet you, just the ambient sounds of the island and the stirrings of those you spent the night with, if you were the type to want company. For those of you on certain islands, the background thrum (and siren laments, for those unlucky) of the warp phenomenon may also have sung you to sleep; but will they sing you to waking? You know how this goes by now, so is anything on this of all mornings really comforting? And is everyone you spent the night with still with you...?
Indeed, the not-so-dulcet tones of the ever-present haze fill the morning; you may not want it accounted for, but here it is nevertheless.
(( OOC: Welcome to your final murder investigation, let's get this party started☆ ))

also more stuff just to make sure that I've covered my bases re: statues: is that glass structure just the only thing that's untouched or is it safe to assume that the other replica statues in the garden also escaped?
just to confirm, if he pokes around the signs of the scuffle in the garden, is there anything else other than the dirt and footprints to suggest that a scuffle took place? e.g. any blood drawn, or the like?
is the damage localised to the trampled plants? is anything happening to the garden fountain...... ]

There will be nothing else hanging around the general area of the garden to indicate the scuffle other than the general disorderly state of things being knocked over, and trampled plants!
The garden fountain is free of crimes. ]

any part where the trampling in the plants looks worse than the others? he's tryna trace where the fight or scuffle probably started/ended... ]

The art supplies were fine and free from crimes.
As for the other aspects of this...
It looks all around bad re: trampling. Plants weren't really spared here. ]

So even if there is a lot of plant damage, it's closer towards the entrance of the garden in general. ]
