INVESTIGATION

Good Mourning. Unlike the previous weeks, there's no musical serenade to greet you, just the ambient sounds of the island and the stirrings of those you spent the night with, if you were the type to want company. For those of you on certain islands, the background thrum (and siren laments, for those unlucky) of the warp phenomenon may also have sung you to sleep; but will they sing you to waking? You know how this goes by now, so is anything on this of all mornings really comforting? And is everyone you spent the night with still with you...?

Indeed, the not-so-dulcet tones of the ever-present haze fill the morning; you may not want it accounted for, but here it is nevertheless.

[Billy now has a mild sunburn from getting mystically knocked out on the beach. Anything amiss over here?]

[ The beach is looking mighty fine today! Smell that sea-salt breeze on the air~ ]

[Ah, sea breeze! Refreshing! Surely nothing is going to be wrong if Billy starts to head towards the railway?]

[ ...Hmm. As he's going along the railway, from sungem to dodo, there's clearly a lot of chaotic stuff going on. Destruction and all that.

No dead bodies around, but, hm...

If he so happens to look up at one of the trees, he might notice something there. Come and check it out? ]

[God dammit. Is there a dead body in the tree?]

[ Time to find out, right?

What with blood on the ground nearby...

Well, Billy should be familiar with certain tell-tale signs of people's clothing. Whether or not he's been associating with that person on the regular.

The strange thing about it, is...well, there's certainly no body here.

But, there's one simple fact about what he's seeing here:

This bloodied veil could only belong to one Alice.

A girl who never had any cares about holding back her opinion...

It's clear something has happened to her. Something terrible. But he will not catch sight of her body nearby, or in the location he had intended to go to (though he can still check it out if he wants.)

That is all he can take away from this. Have fun with that. ]

[Billy is going to attempt to grab the veil out of the tree to further examine it, and see if it's been torn along with bloodied and how badly damaged it is. He's a bit confused, but he is getting some ideas about what might have happened.]

The fuck did you get yourself into, girlie...

[Well! Might as well try to find her or what remains of her! IS there anything in the theater even if it's not Alice's corpse.]

[ It's at least a bit torn and bloodied. The immediate area is definitely very chaotic...

That being said, searching in the theater does not reveal any other remains of her. ]
