The events of the past weekend, the past week, may linger on your mind as you awaken to the sun rising on your third week on Sungem's Peak. The rays of the sun are welcoming as always, and so are the amenities, and the new island— Kingfisher's Retreat.

The theme this week certainly seems to be relaxation and excitement, perhaps with a mind to distract all vacationers that your number has decreased by two. Or maybe you're the type to take a plunge in the name of your sacrificed vacationers? Either way, there's plenty of do, including more tasks for the objective minded.

I haven't known anything else, so I don't know how to answer that. But I never minded it.

[Someone at least has not brought food into the onsen, though he can be found stealing from the fruit in front of the showers before he even gets into the springs. Mm, delicious.

Enjoy the beef even with a towel around his waist, because he is tall and muscular and that constant exercise he is doing has definitely paid off. Not that he's doing much with it at the moment, outside of wading to one of the deepest parts of the onsen, taking a seat, and almost immediately dozing off.

Anyway, I received this from our dear captors as a task completion reward. [Lobelia kissed him and all he got was this stupid kigu.] It makes for a decent cover-up while I'm here at the onsen.

[There's nothing soothing about piling into a crowded onsen, but that won't stop Lobelia from doing exactly that to harass his favorite people. Speaking of? Bonjour, Daddy.

Blessedly, Lobelia has also donned a towel for the occasion, settling in right beside Temenos because what is personal space? Who needs it?]

Oh? We have had people asking if we have seen certain objects of theirs. What did you?

[Gods, please listen to him just this once and strike Lobelia down for him.

He lets out a sigh and doesn't bother to move because he knows that's going to be futile. Instead, he tips his head and very noticeably looks Lobelia up and down with a flat, judgmental expression.]

Dare I ask what "favor" you're speaking of?

[Beelzebub doesn't look in danger of slipping under the water, but Temenos comes over to check on him anyway.

He gives him a gentle nudge with his shoulder.]

[ Someone sure is cooking beef in the onsen.

Anyways, since he's sleeping, Wang Lu is going to just wade over there to draw on his face. Doo de doo. How far will he get before the other wakes up? ]

It does look good. I especially enjoy the little bell on it. [ Was it worth it? ]

[ And she pelts off to do that! She will return with: a flare gun, a box of 5 shotgun shells, and one slippery nut (no effects). ]

Do either of you know what they are? I can't imagine anyone is missing just one nut, though.

[It depends what he is drawing, where, and with what, but he can get pretty far before he gets any signs of needing to run.

[He's only barely waking up, a sigh of an exhale as he tries to straighten his posture.]

You must've had little time to yourself with so many frères to look out for. Did you fight with them often?

You've cast aside your robes and bared yourself before the whole île! How merveilleux! It's a wonder no one who has gazed upon your bare skin has been struck blind.

At least someone is managing to find it relaxing right now. [It's a bit too noisy for Temenos to call it relaxing.] Try not to actually drink the water, though.

The first is a flare gun. I received one like it as well and it might be useful for you to hold on to. The other ones are shotgun shells. Might be best not to give those to anyone, but they feel like something that old guy... [ Hmm ] Billy? He might be into it.

Yeah, of course we fight. Most of the time we can find an understanding. But I think every family must have their disagreements. And I have some I've always gotten along with better than others.
