Death is the most efficient way to process the energy, so there isn't much current data on the direct conversion of supernatural abilities.

But I won't say no to test subjects, if that's part of the negotiation.

You've seen what happened when we tested the serum: anything like this will carry some risk of death, but not the same risk of death as a sacrifice. And the serum testing was successful in 66% of cases.

I'd say it also depends on the individual ability.

Both release a certain amount of energy, but it's not going to be enough for all of you. How much effect it has depends on the numbers, though.

What’s to stop these folks from deciding to use you to increase the amount of ‘em that get to go home? Most you’ve got is being the bloke who operates the machine, but that’s negotiable.
