There was no justice in it - not in the murders, nor in the executions. Justice is a question and I cannot claim to have found the answer.

But I'd ask you kindly to not speak ill of my friend - of Nona as Nona, the girl I shared these weeks with. Did she not understand? Or wasn't it that she endured the horrors, allowed herself to be devoured, and still loved and loved and loved?

Your love is vengeance - but is that love for those who have been hurt? Or is it love for yourself, your own concept of doing right by them? Will the Nona that was rejoice if you tear them apart?
